can (300g) PREGO® Tomato, Basil & Garlic Pasta Sauce
cloves garlic, finely chopped
tablespoon chilli paste
green prawns, peeled and chopped
(drained weight) sweetcorn kernals (tinned or frozen)
tablespoon grated lemon zest
Cook Prego spiral pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water, according to packet directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add garlic and chili paste and cook until garlic is softened and beginning to brown before stirring in minced chicken.
Turn up the heat to high and cook until chicken is browned – about 5 minutes. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 mins until changed in color. Stir in Prego Tomato and Basil sauce, ¼ cup water, sweetcorn and lemon zest. Simmer for a further 2 mins or until heated through. Serve with pasta.
