WHAT YOU'll NEED

• 1 can (300g)

  Prego Mushroom Pasta Sauce
• 120g

  Prego Angel Hair, cook as per instructions on packet
• 2 tbsp

  Cooking oil
• 40g

  Onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp

  Ginger, grated
• 150g

  Chicken meat, thinly sliced
• 100g

  Turnip, diced
• 60g

  Button mushroom, quartered
• 1 tbsp

  Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp

  Fresh basil, finely chopped

HOW TO MAKE IT

  Heat up oil in a frying pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant. Add in chicken and stir fry until cooked.

  Add in turnip and mushrooms, Prego Mushroom Pasta Sauce and lemon juice. Mix well.

  Lastly, add in Prego Angel Hair and fresh basil. Mx well and serve hot.
