WHAT YOU'll NEED

  • 1 can (295g)

    Prego Carbonara Mushroom Pasta Sauce

  • 150g

    Prego Macaroni, cooked as per instructions on packet

  • 80g

    Chicken fillet, cubed

  • 100g

    Pumpkin, boiled and mashed

  • 60g

    Cabbage, shredded

  • 60g

    Purple cabbage, shredded

  • 40g

    Green pea

  • 50g

    Cherry tomato, quartered

  • ¼ cup

    Water

  • 1 tbsp

    Olive oil

  • For garnishing

    Crushed black pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

    Heat up oil in a frying pan and stir fry chicken till fully cooked, remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, add in Prego Macaroni, Prego Carbonara Mushroom Pasta Sauce, pumpkin and water. Mix till well combined.

    Arrange all vegetables and chicken on top of the macaroni. Cover with lid on and cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat. Garnish and serve immediately.
