of 350g PREGO® Cheesy Alfredo pasta sauce
PREGO® Fettuccine pasta, cooked & drained
chicken breasts, boneless skinless
cloves garlic, minced
medium tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper
Season chicken with olive oil and 3/4 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Cook over pan with olive oil for 5-6 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in Prego® Cheesy Alfredo pasta sauce, then add remaining Cajun seasoning and lemon zest. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes (a little water, salt and pepper can be added to taste).
Serve Cajun Chicken and pasta sauce over cooked Fettuccine, garnish with tomatoes.
