    g PREGO® Spiral OR Prego High-Fibre Tri-colour Spiral

    cans 290g PREGO® Cheese & Herb pasta sauce

    g Pumpkin, cubed

    tablespoon butter

  • 1

    large onion, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1

    teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1

    tablespoon honey

    g (1/3 cup) Parmesan cheese, grated

    Salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

    Steam pumpkin until soft and cut into 1 inch cubes. Set aside. Melt butter in pan and sauté onion, garlic and cinnamon for 1 minute.

    Then, pour in PREGO® Cheese & Herb pasta sauce and steamed pumpkin. Simmer for 5 minutes. (A little water, salt and pepper can be added to taste).

    Serve pasta sauce with cooked Spiral with grated cheese.
