can (295g) of Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
g of Shrimp, deveined and cut into ½“ cubes
tsp of Paprika
tsp of Salt
tsp of Lime zest
tbsp of Cooking oil
g of Yellow onion, finely diced
no of Green chili, deseeded and finely diced
g of Pineapple, finely diced
g of Black beans
g of Corn kernels
tsp of Lime juice
g of Tortilla chips
Marinate shrimp with 1 tbsp Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, paprika, salt and lime zest for 10 minutes.
Heat up oil and sauté onion and green chilli till fragrant. Toss in the marinated shrimp and stir fry till slightly charred. Then, add in pineapple, black beans, corn kernels and Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce.
Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour in the lime juice. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
