g of Prego Spaghetti, cook as per instructions on the packet
can (295g) of Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
tbsp of Olive oil
g of Yellow onion, finely diced
pip of Garlic, minced
g of Prawns, deveined with tail intact
g of Mussels
g of Squid, cut into ½“rings
g of White button mushrooms, sliced
g of Red capsicum, julienned
Heat up oil in a frying pan and sauté onion and garlic till fragrant. Add in prawns and fry for 30 seconds, then add in mussels, squid, white button mushroom and red capsicum. Stir till well combined.
Pour in Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce and mix well.
Lastly, toss in Prego spaghetti and stir to well combined. Dish up and serve.
