g of Prego Macaroni, cook as per instructions on the packet
tbsp of Corn flour
tbsp of Rice flour
tsp of Paprika
tsp of Salt
L of Oil for deep frying
tbsp of Parmesan cheese
tbsp of Dried mixed herbs
For dipping sauce
jar (680g) of Prego Tomato, Basil & Garlic Pasta Sauce
A pinch of dried mixed herbs
In a large bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, paprika and salt until well mixed. Toss in the cooked Prego Macaroni and mix until evenly coated.
Heat up the cooking oil to medium-high heat and deep fry the coated macaroni until golden brown.
Dish up the pasta chips and toss with the parmesan cheese and mixed herbs. Serve with dipping sauce.
