WHAT YOU'll NEED

  • 1 can (300g)

    Prego Mushroom Pasta Sauce

  • 150g

    Prego Spiral OR Prego High-Fibre Tri-colour Spiral, cook as per instructions on packet

  • 100g

    Swiss brown mushroom, cut into wedges

  • 100g

    White button mushroom, cut into wedges

  • ¼ tsp

    Mixed herbs

  • 1¼ cup

    Cheddar cheese

  • For garnishing:

    Fresh basil leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT

    In a casserole, place in Prego Spiral, mushrooms and mix herbs.

    Pour in Prego Mushroom Pasta Sauce and mix well.

    Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake in preheat oven at 160˚C for 15 minutes. Dish up and serve hot.
