g of Prego Buddies Space Dry Pasta, cook as per instructions on the packet
can (290g) of Prego Chicken Mushroom Pasta Sauce
g of Chicken ham, thin strips
g of Button mushroom, diced
g of Carrots, fine diced
pcs of Tortilla wrap
g of Mozzarella cheese
g of Yellow cherry tomatoes, cut into rings
g of Canned pineapples, cut into small wedges
For garnishing (To make carton fish and ocean design)
pc of Cheddar cheese slices (light yellow), cut into circle for eyes and bubbles
pc of Cheddar cheese slice (dark yellow), cut into circle for eyes
g of Carrot, cut into star shape
pc of Canned pineapple, coarsely sliced
pc of Small Japanese seaweed (nori) sheet, cut into strips
Mix all pasta mixture ingredients and set aside.
Lay out the tortilla wraps on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly onto the base.
Then, place the pasta mixture evenly on top, followed by tomatoes and pineapples. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 8 minutes or till golden brown. Garnish and serve immediately.
