g PREGO® Fettuccine, cooked & drained
cans / ½ jar 680g PREGO® Tomato, Basil & Garlic Pasta Sauce
g Clams /Lalah, wash and rinse thoroughly
g medium prawns, cleaned
cloves of garlic, sliced
g fresh button mushrooms
Handful of fresh Basil, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until soft and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
Add PREGO® Tomato, Basil & Garlic pasta sauce into the pan and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Add clams/lalah, prawns then, simmer sauce for 4-5 minutes.
Finish sauce with sliced fresh basil leaves. Serve sauce over the cook fettuccine.
