g of Prego Fettuccine, cook as per instructions on the packet
jar (350g) of Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce
tbsp of Olive oil
pips of Garlic, minced
g of Yellow onion, fine diced
g of Yellow capsicum
g of Red capsicum
g of Green capsicum
tsp of Chili flakes
tbsp of Lime juice
cups of Sweet corn
cup of Canned black beans, drained
sprigs of Coriander leaves
Heat up the olive oil and sauté the garlic, onion and capsicums for 2 minutes.
Add in Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce and the rest of the ingredients except pasta. Stir until well combined.
Lastly, toss in the cooked Prego Fettuccine and mix until well combined. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot or cold.
