Prego Cheese and Herbs Pasta Sauce
Prego Spaghetti, cook as per instructions on packet
Fish fillet (firm fleshed fish)
Dried cranberries, chopped
Yellow onion, finely chopped
Bird’s eye chili (For fish marinade)
Salt (For fish marinade)
Pepper (For fish marinade)
Lemon juice (For fish marinade)
Marinate fillet for 30 minutes.Heat up 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and pan fry fish fillet until cooked. Set aside.
Heat up 2 tbsp oil in same frying pan and sauté onion and cranberries until browned. Add in Prego Cheese and Herbs Pasta Sauce, lemon juice and mix well.
Add in Prego Spaghetti and mix well. Serve spaghetti with pan fried fish.
