    g of Prego Angel Hair, cook as per instructions on the packet

  • 10

    pips of Garlic, thinly sliced

  • 50

    g of Sundried tomatoes, sliced

  • 3

    tbsp of Chili flakes

  • 6

    tbsp of Olive oil

  • ½

    tsp of Salt

  • ½

    tsp of Coarse black pepper

  • ½

    tbsp of Chicken seasoning powder

  • 4

    sprigs of Parsley, finely chopped

HOW TO MAKE IT

    Heat up the olive oil and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Add in the chili flakes, sundried tomatoes, salt, black pepper and chicken seasoning powder, stir well. Then, add in the cooked Prego Angel Hair and mix well. Turn off the heat.

    Toss in the parsley and fried garlic, dish up and serve immediately.
