    g of Prego Angel Hair, cook as per instructions on the packet

    g of Smoked salmon, roughly sliced

  • 80

    g of Japanese cucumber, deseeded and diced

    g of Sweet turnip (sengkuan), diced

  • For salad dressing

    nos of Red apple, finely grated

  • 3

    tbsp of Mayonnaise

  • 3

    tbsp of Lemon juice

  • 3

    tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil

  • ½

    tsp of Coarse black pepper

  • 3

    sprigs of Dill, finely chopped

  • For garnishing

  • ½

    nos of Lemon, sliced round

HOW TO MAKE IT

    For salad dressing, mix all ingredients and chill in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix cooked Prego Angel Hair with all the vegetables and smoked salmon.

    Just before serving, mix the dressing with the pasta mixture. Garnish with lemon slices and serve cold.
