can (295g) of Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
tbsp of Butter
g of Yellow onion, diced
pips of Garlic, minced
g of Green capsicum, diced
cups of Arborio rice
cups of Seafood stock or water
g of Mussels
g of Prawns, deveined with skin and head intact
g of Squid, cut into ½” rings
Chopped parsley and lemon wedges
Heat up butter in a frying pan and sauté onion, garlic and green capsicum till fragrant. Then, add in Arborio rice and stir fry till the rice is shiny. Spread the rice evenly in the pan.
Mix Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce with seafood stock/water. Then, pour into the rice mixture slowly. Bring the rice mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to medium-low. Let it cook for 15-18 minutes uncovered.
Place all the seafood on top of the rice. Cover the pan and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes or until the rice is just cooked and most of the liquid in the pan has been absorbed. Lastly, remove the pan from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Drizzle lemon juice on top and serve immediately.
