WHAT YOU'll NEED

  • 140g

    Prego Fettuccine, cook as per instructions on packet

  • 2 tbsp

    Cooking oil

  • 1 can (290g)

    Prego Chicken Mushroom Pasta Sauce (For sauce)

  • ½ tbsp

    Paprika (For sauce)

  • 6-8 pcs

    Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped (For sauce)

  • 250g

    Minced chicken (For meatball)

  • 40g

    Onion, finely chopped (For meatball)

  • 1 clove

    Garlic, minced (For meatball)

  • 1 tbsp

    Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped (For meatball)

  • ¼ cup

    Bread crumb (For meatball)

  • ½ tsp

    Salt (For meatball)

  • ¼ tsp

    Pepper (For meatball)

HOW TO MAKE IT

    To make meatballs, mix all ingredients together and shape into bite size. Heat up oil in a frying pan and pan fry meatballs until cooked. Dish up and set aside.

    To make sauce, pour Prego Chicken Mushroom Pasta Sauce into frying pan and bring to a boil. Add in paprika and basil leaves. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

    Place Prego Fettuccine and meatballs onto serving plate, top with sauce and serve immediately.
