An easy-peasy dinner with healthy asparagus. The combo with Angel Hair pasta and Cheese & herbs sauce brings you an earthly flavour and crunchy texture from almond!

WHAT YOU'll NEED

    can PREGO® 290g Cheese & Herbs pasta sauce

  • 300

    g PREGO® Angel Hair

  • 75

    g Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • 500

    g Asparagus spears, cut into short length

  • 50

    g / ½ cup toasted Almond Flakes

  • Freshly grated Nutmeg

  • Salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

    Boil pasta according to instruction on packet. Add asparagus and cook till just tender. Drain pasta and asparagus. Put aside.

    Mix PREGO® Cheese & Herbs pasta sauce, Parmesan cheese, asparagus & nutmeg in a pan, stir until thick and creamy. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve pasta with creamy sauce and toasted almonds. Enjoy!

To toast flaked almonds, toast them in oven over medium heat until lightly brown.
