PREGO® Chicken Mushroom pasta sauce
large boneless, skinless chicken tenders
button mushrooms, sliced
cloves garlic, minced
tablespoons Olive Oil
Black Pepper and salt
Handful of chopped Parsley
Preheat oven to 190°C. Seasoned the chicken with salt & pepper. Cook chicken in pan with olive oil for 5-6mins on each side. Set aside.
Heat olive oil over saucepan, add butter and garlic till fragrant. Pour in PREGO® Chicken Mushroom pasta sauce, add salt & pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Put the chicken and macaroni together in the casserole dish (9x13). Pour the sauce over and cover with foil. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 8 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
