Beefy Scalloped Potatoes Baked Pasta

WHAT YOU'll NEED

  • 1 can (290g)

    Prego Mac and Cheese Pasta Sauce

  • 120g

    Prego Spiral, cook as per instructions on packet

  • 4 tbsp

    Cooking oil

  • 250g

    Russet potato, peeled and sliced ¼ inch round shape

  • 1 tsp

    Oregano

  • 200g

    Minced Beef

  • 2 pips

    Garlic

  • 2 tsp

    Mixed Herbs

  • 1 tsp

    Salt

  • ¼ tsp

    Black pepper

  • ½ cup

    Cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup

    Mozzarella cheese

HOW TO MAKE IT

    Heat up 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and pan fry potato slices with oregano for 2 minutes. Set aside.

    Heat up 2 tbsp oil in the same frying pan, add in beef, garlic and mixed herbs. Pan fry until beef is cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Add in Prego Spiral, Prego Mac and Cheese Pasta Sauce and cheddar cheese. Mix well and transfer into a casserole.

    Top with potato slices and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in preheat oven at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
