cans (300g) PREGO® Carbonara Mushroom Sauce
g PREGO® Angel Hair
large boneless, skinless Chicken breast, sliced
g button mushrooms, sliced
Garlic cloves, chopped
tablespoon Olive Oil
g (1/3 cup) Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in pan. Sauté garlic, mushrooms and sliced chicken until golden.
Pour in PREGO® Carbonara Mushroom pasta sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve pasta sauce over cooked Angel Hair. Topped with grated Parmesan & enjoy!
